Through its German partner law firm RITTERSHAUS Rechtsanwälte Partnerschaftsgesellschaft mbB, Felix a spol. provided legal services to Zhongding Europe GmbH in connection with the acquisition of Tristone Flowtech France S.A.S., which is, among other things, the sole shareholder of Tristone Flowtech Czech Republic s.r.o.
The legal advisory work included a due diligence review of the Czech subsidiary and assistance in the preparation of transaction documentation.
Zhongding Europe GmbH is part of Anhui Zhongding Holding (Group) Co., Ltd., a major international manufacturer of rubber and plastic products, machinery and moulds. Through the acquisition of Tristone Flowtech France S.A.S., the group significantly strengthened its position on the European market.
Tristone Flowtech Czech Republic s.r.o. is a major employer in Hrádek nad Nisou, with annual revenues exceeding CZK 1 billion in 2015.
