Congratulating Our Colleagues on their Success in the Czech Bar Association Elections

On October 3rd, 2025, lawyers across the Czech Republic elected a new leadership of the Czech Bar Association. The new electees, who will be in office for the next four years, consist of 11 members and 5 alternates of the Board of Directors, 70 members of the Supervisory Board, 83 members of the Disciplinary Commission, and 11 members of the Disciplinary Appeals Commission.

We are very pleased that both of our colleagues from Felix a spol. who stood for election passed. JUDr. Tomáš Homola defended his seat on the Disciplinary Committee for the fourth time, and JUDr. Adam Felix, LL.M., Ph.D. was re-elected to the Supervisory Board, where he was subsequently elected its vice-chairman.

The Czech Bar Association is a self-governing body that ensures the independence, professionalism, and ethical standards of the practice of law in the Czech Republic. The Supervisory Board oversees the financial management and activities of the Bar Association, while the Disciplinary Commission hears disciplinary offenses committed by lawyers and oversees compliance with professional ethics.

We are pleased that our colleagues will continue to contribute to the responsible and transparent functioning of the Czech legal profession.
