Felix a spol., in cooperation with the VŠEHRD student legal association, announces a new edition of the Moot Court competition for law students, this time with a focus on insolvency law.

Students have until February 27th, 2026, to register for the competition via the application form on the Moot Court website.
What is a Moot Court?
A moot court is a professional competition that allows students to attempt to solve a real legal case. First, they prepare a written submission based on an anonymized case file; subsequently, the best teams advance to the finals, where they present their arguments in a simulated court hearing.
The final round of the competition will take place at the Faculty of Law of Charles University and will offer participants a unique opportunity to develop practical legal experience, along with debating and public speaking skills.
Both the written and oral parts of the moot court are evaluated by attorneys from Felix a spol., in collaboration with JUDr. Hana Homolová, a judge of the Municipal Court in Prague.
Winners will receive small prizes as well as the opportunity for internships or further collaboration with our law firm.
