Felix a spol. has become the main partner of the conference for young lawyers, COFOLA 2017, held by the Law School of Masaryk University between April 27 and 29 in Telč. The conference will include a series of lectures and seminar divided into 12 thematic sections, and the proceedings from the conference will be published. Our firm will be represented by JUDr. Jana Felixová and JUDr. Jakub Morávek, Ph. D.; the latter will speak in the section on „contracts for performance of a position“, and deliver a talk on concurrence of positions in the light of surprising case law of higher courts.
