On Wednesday, October 15, 2014, the 9th annual HR Management conference was held in the Prague´s OREA Pyramida Hotel, the main topic being diversity of employment and work relations. Felix a spol. served as the legal partner of the event, and JUDr. Jakub Morávek, Ph. D. moderated the afternoon two-hour panel titled „Diversity has its limits“. The panel discussed the current requirements on HR under Czech laws and regulations. The discussion clearly showed that as regards alternative and flexible forms of employment and their practical application, the current Czech employment rules and regulations are insufficient. This conclusion was reinforced by presentations of experience and practice from other countries.
Both the morning presentation and the afternoon discussions in sections were the most appreciated of the whole agenda.
