During the spring semester of the 2016/2017 academic year, Felix a spol., in collaboration with the Všehrd Association of Czech Lawyers and the Department of Criminal Law at the Charles University’s Law School, organized a criminal moot court for the second time running. Students’ interest in the project grew since the previous year and a total of 8 teams applied to take part.
Five teams made it into the oral round of the competition in the form of a simulated trial. The teams were evaluated by a bench of judges which included, alongside JUDr. Vladimír Pelc, Ph.D., from Charles University and an assistant judge from the Municipal Court in Prague, Mgr. Alexandra Nováková, our own Mgr. Ondřej Ambrož, specialist in criminal law.
