The winners of the oral final round were third-year law students Veronika Havlová and Ondřej Čermák.

The participants all agreed that the final round was challenging. Assuming the role of legal counsel in a realistic insolvency case under the watchful eye of experienced legal professionals was no easy task.

The competitors demonstrated their skills in argumentation and analysis before a panel of experts chaired by JUDr. Hana Homolová, judge at the Municipal Court in Prague.

Attorneys from Felix a spol., namely Mgr. Jaroslav Tajbr and Mgr. Michaela Prodělalová, prepared the moot court and evaluated the competitors, while also acting as counsel for the opposing party.

The three best teams advanced to the final round and their performance was quite close. The panel commended on their thorough preparation and their ability to respond effectively to procedural developments during the hearing. The teams received valuable prizes, which were presented in the presence of the chair of the Všehrd Student Association, David Gala.

As in the past, Felix a spol. organized the moot court in collaboration with the Všehrd Student Association.
