While still a student, she began working for Felix a spol. in 2022 as a legal assistant. She completed her legal education at the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague in 2025, and now continues working for the firm as a trainee lawyer.

In practical terms, she focuses mainly on civil and commercial law, while during her studies, she completed a specialized module in Criminal Law, Criminology, and Criminalistics, and successfully defended her thesis in the field of criminal procedure. Eliška speaks German and English.
