The team of the law firm Felix a spol., led by partner Mgr. Tomáš Pekárek, participated in the acquisition of Contract Medical International by the global group Heraeus Medical Components.
At the beginning of February 2020, Heraeus Medical Components announced that it had added the German company based in Dresden – Contract Medical International (CMI) – to its portfolio.
The legal services related to the Czech part of the acquisition, i.e. the transfer of Contract Medical International s.r.o., were provided by Felix a spol. in cooperation with German lawyers.
