Felix a spol. Attorneys-at-Law provided legal support in connection with the sale of Anavita care homes to the ORPEA Group.
As of 1 April 2017, through the acquisition of the Anavita Group, ORPEA Group, a European leader in medium- and long-term care services, became the largest private operator of care homes in the Czech Republic, with a planned capacity exceeding 1,700 beds.
Within the transaction, the Felix a spol. team led by Tomáš Pekárek represented the sellers. The complex transaction included both the transfer of interests in real estate companies owning the care homes and the sale of companies providing care services.
