Since 2014, Felix a spol. has been providing legal support to the French company AGENCE REPRESENTATION DISTRIBUTION OPTIQUE – ARDOP, SAS, in connection with the supply of technologies for the international ELI Beamlines laser research centre. The preparation and implementation of the project are managed by the Institute of Physics of the Czech Academy of Sciences in Dolní Břežany near Prague.
As a European research infrastructure, ELI Beamlines strengthens Europe’s position in global laser research and creates new opportunities for European industry.
The firm’s team initially represented ARDOP as a bidder in the public procurement process and subsequently provided legal services related to contractual documentation and individual technology deliveries.
