In the finalisation of the project for the future acquisition of two residential buildings in Kladno, the team of our law firm Felix a spol. provided legal support to the client SBD STAVBAŘ.
The transaction comprises nearly 100 residential units with a total value in the range of several hundred million CZK. The legal aspects of the transaction were led by Mgr. Matěj Smolař.
