Felix a spol. Attorneys-at-Law provided comprehensive legal services in connection with the sale of a care home to the ORPEA Group.
The Felix a spol. team led by attorney Tomáš Pekárek represented private clients in the sale of what was believed to be the largest Czech care home for patients suffering from Alzheimer’s disease, located in the Prague district of Slivenec.
The purchaser was ORPEA Group, a European leader in medium- and long-term care services and the largest private provider of such services in the Czech Republic.
The transaction was completed in January 2018.
