Felix a spol. provided legal services in connection with the sale of a 100% stake in Grena a.s. to Jan Ficek Dřevovýroba s.r.o.
Felix a spol. advised its long-standing clients, the shareholders of Grena a.s. (est. 1992), on the sale of their assets – a 100% share in the company. The buyer, Jan Ficek Dřevovýroba s.r.o., represents the third generation of the traditional Ficek furniture-making family from Chrudim and is one of the largest veneer processors in Europe.
Grena ranks among global leaders in the production of refractory materials and high-gloss and super-matt boards. The transaction included a prior restructuring of Grena a.s. and a complex acquisition financing structure.
The value of the transaction was not disclosed. Legal services were provided by the team of Felix a spol. led by Tomáš Pekárek.
