Felix a spol. – Legal Partner of the 2026 Human Capital Conference

HR professionals and experts on human resources met on January 28th, 2026, in Prague for the annual Human Capital (Lidský kapitál) conference. The main topic of this year’s edition was Employer Branding, that is, how to build a brand both in the recruitment process and in relation to existing employees.

The program included a presentation by Associate Professor JUDr. Jakub Morávek, Ph.D., attorney-at-law and partner of Felix a spol., who addressed the practical legal aspects of the termination of employment relationships.

Other lectures focused on engaging employees via LinkedIn, the use of artificial intelligence in corporate communication, and the role of HR in the field of cybersecurity, to name a few.

The conference gathered approximately 150 participants from over 80 companies at the City Conference Centre in Prague 4.
