In February 2016, Tomáš Pekárek, M.A., an associate since 2003, has become a partner in Felix a spol. He has excelled in the area of corporate law, real estate and development.
After graduating from Charles University´s Faculty of Law in 2003, Tomáš Pekárek. M.A., joined Felix a spol. as an articled clerk, and then became an associate in 2006. He focuses on real estate, financing and M&A, and has served as the chief legal advisor to a U.K. property fund having assisted with more than two dozens of acquisitions in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Presently, he represents a leading private equity company in connection with their local development projects, which are among the largest in the Czech Republic. Clients appreciate Tomáš´s effective and efficient work and his ability to provide practical, business-oriented advice.
