June 2023 saw a meeting of young lawyers in Vienna as part of the Legalink network of law firms. One of the attendees was our own Mgr. Simona Sedláčková, an articling clerk at Felix a spol.: “Meeting colleagues from various countries was an enriching experience both professionally and personally.”
Some of the discussions touched on the influence of ChatGPT, and AI generally, on the future of the legal discipline, and there was a presentation on the complicated restitution case of the painting Adele Bloch-Bauer I by Gustav Klimt.
The Vienna Legalink Academy was hosted by the Polak & Partner Rechtsanwälte law firm in collaboration with the Legalink committee.
