Felix a spol. Attorneys-at-Law provided comprehensive legal advisory services to its long-standing private equity client in connection with the sale of one of its assets – a 100% ownership interest in a company owning three regional retail stores, which have been leased on a long-term basis to tenants including Penny Market s.r.o. and KiK textil a Non-Food spol. s r.o.
The purchaser was a Czech-regulated real estate fund for qualified investors. The value of the transaction exceeded CZK 240 million.
