Felix a spol. Attorneys-at-Law provides legal services to Penta Real Estate in connection with the extensive redevelopment project of the Masaryk Railway Station and Prague Main Railway Station areas.
At the end of 2017, as part of these projects, the Penta Group acquired additional land plots from České dráhy, a.s. for future commercial development. These included plots located on Hybernská Street with an area of nearly 8,000 m², where commercial development is currently being prepared by Penta.
The acquisition also included plots at the corner of Italská and Seifertova Streets with an area exceeding 13,500 m². Construction of office buildings, which will become new landmarks of the Winston Churchill Square area, had already commenced there.
