JUDr. Roman Felix successfully represented the City of Prague in a dispute over ownership of the Slav Epic. The Prague 1 Municipal Court rejected the complaint of Alfons Mucha´s heir and thus confirmed the City of Prague´s ownership of the series of paintings. Felix a spol. has provided legal services in the matter of the Slav Epic continually since 2010, when it represented Prague in a dispute with Moravský Krumlov over the placement of the work. Our firm is also currently providing legal services to the Prague Municipal Gallery as it tours with the Slav Epic in Japan.
