On Tuesday, September 11th, 2018, the Langhans in Prague 1 saw the regular meeting of the friends and supporters of People in Need People in Need (Člověk v tísni) with representatives of this organization. JUDr. Antonín Novák and his wife Nina accepted an invitation on behalf of our firm. The meeting presented an opportunity to talk with workers of People in Need about specific programs and activities in the Czech Republic and abroad, and it was awarding to find that our support made a difference.
For four years, now, Felix a spol. has supported the educational program called Better School for Everyone (Lepší škola pro všechny) The goal of this project is, first and foremost, to support underprivileged children through pre-school and after-school activitie, giving them an equal chance not only at school, but in the rest of their lives as well. It’s a necessary and important supplementary program within our educational system in the Czech Republic. It focuses on children from economically struggling families, unstimulating environments, or otherwise disadvantaged conditions.
