On the last Monday in October 2017, the Langhans Gallery in Prague 1 saw the regular meeting of the friends and supporters of People in Need with representatives of the organization. Jana Felixová, JUDr. Roman Felix, Karel Codl and his wife, Jana, accepted an invitation on behalf of our firm.
Felix a spol. has supported the educational project called Better Schools for All from its very beginning in 2014. The goal of this project is to support disadvantaged children in their pre-school and school activities in such a way that they have an equal chance both in school and in the rest of their lives.
We follow this program with much interest because we think that it´s a necessary and meaningful supplementary program within our school system, as it incorporates a number of activities and particularly helps children from socially vulnerable families, unstimulating environments, or children disadvantaged in some other manner. The meeting in Langhans offered the opportunity to discuss concrete programs and activities in the Czech Republic and abroad with employees of People in Need. It was nice to hear that the project has produced results and that our support has a good purpose.
