Our law firm, Felix a spol., provided comprehensive legal services in one of the largest real estate transactions on the Czech market in 2023. In December 2023, Penta Real Estate successfully acquired control of Rextim holding a.s., which includes ČSAD Praha holding. The key asset in this significant transaction was the Praha-Florenc Bus Station and adjacent land located on the border of Prague 1 and Prague 8.
The agreement also includes development land in Karlín and Smíchov, as well as several historic buildings in the centre of Prague. Penta Real Estate plans to develop a new modern district in the Florenc area, based on the urban design defined by the Florenc 21 competition. The new district will feature mixed-use development combining retail, office, and residential spaces.
