The The Supreme Administrative Court confirmed that Gymnázium Na Zatlance did not act unlawfully during the period of school closures.
The team of Felix a spol. law firm led by doc. JUDr. Jakub Morávek, Ph.D. successfully represented the school in proceedings initiated by a student’s legal guardian challenging the school closure and the provision of online teaching.
The Supreme Administrative Court agreed with the arguments presented in the cassation complaint and concluded that the school acted correctly in complying, like all citizens and institutions in the Czech Republic, with the obligations imposed by anti-epidemic measures of central state authorities.
