Vítězné náměstí land acquisition in Prague 6

A consortium of Penta Real Estate, Kaprain Group and Sekyra Group purchased extensive land plots in the western part of Vítězné náměstí in Prague 6 from the University of Chemistry and Technology in Prague for a price exceeding CZK 1 billion.
The consortium was represented in the acquisition by Mgr. Tomáš Pekárek, partner at Felix a spol. law firm.
The developers plan to announce an international architectural competition for the site and to construct primarily office and retail premises, as well as partially residential buildings. The completion of this part of Vítězné náměstí will fulfil the original urban concept designed in the 1920s by architect Antonín Engel as part of the new urban plan for the north-western district of the city.
