He has been with Felix a spol. since the year 2021, after previous work directing large-scale infrastructure projects and experience in the area of European grants administration.

Parallel to attending the Faculty of Civil Engineering of Czech Technical University, at which he also earned his Ph.D., he also studied at Charles University’s School of Law. During his studies, he took an internship at the Parliament of the Czech Republic and at the Constitutional Court of the Czech Republic.

He draws on his civil engineering, grants administration, and business background in his legal practice, and also has a longtime interest in constitutional law.

Since 2002, he has held various management positions in the area of project management and funds administration.
