JUDr. Tomáš Homola a new partner in Felix a spol. attorneys-at-law

JUDr. Tomáš Homola, an experienced and respected attorney, becomes a partner in Felix a spol. starting April 1, 2016.

After more than twenty years as a partner with Uhlíř, Homola and Partners, JUDr. Tomáš Homola is joining the team of Felix a spol., bringing the number of partners in the law firm to nine.

„I have known Tomáš both personally and professionally for many years and I´m convinced that his expertise and a wide variety of interests are going to be an enormous asset to our firm.” said Roman Felix, managing partner of Felix a spol.

Since 1991, when he graduated from Charles University´s Faculty of Law, JUDr. Tomáš Homola practiced as an attorney. In 1994, he was one of the founding partners of Prague-based law firm, Uhlíř, Homola and Partners. He specializes in civil law and related disciplines. During his practice, he successfully handled numerous complex property-restitution cases. He was involved in restructuring programs of several large companies. In addition, he works in the area of mergers and acquisitions and specializes in family law and family-owned businesses. Mr. Homola is listed as an arbitrator for the Arbitration Court attached to the Czech Chamber of Commerce and the Agricultural Chamber. He also serves as an arbitrator for consumer disputes for the Ministry of Justice of the Czech Republic. Between 2010 and 2015, he was a member of the Disciplinary Panel of the Supreme Administrative Court in Brno.

Tomáš Homola is married and has three children. His hobbies include fishing, music and visual arts. He is active in a number of non-profit organizations for arts and culture. Since 2012, he is a member of the Board of Supervisors for the Prague Literature House of German Language Authors, and he serves as an expert on the Expert Panel of the Prague City Hall´s Heritage Department. He is a member of the Franz Kafka Society since February 2016.
