JUDr. Tomáš Homola specializes in civil law and related legal fields. Spatial planning and building regulations, not only from the legal point of view, represent a significant part of his agenda. His other specializations include family law with a focus on family businesses.
During his practice, Tomáš Homola has successfully completed a number of complex restitution cases and continues to deal with restitutions to this day. He has been involved in the restructuring of several companies, both as a trustee and as a legal advisor. He also focuses on mergers and acquisitions.
JUDr. Tomáš Homola founded and worked at the law firm Uhlíř, Homola a spol. until 2016, when he became a partner of Felix a spol. In 2008, he was registered on the list of arbitrators of the Arbitration Court at the Czech Chamber of Commerce and the Agrarian Chamber of the Czech Republic and is an arbitrator registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Czech Republic on the list of arbitrators appointed to decide disputes arising from consumer contracts. From 2010 to 2015, he was a member of the Disciplinary Chamber of the Supreme Administrative Court in Brno. In 2014, he was elected a member of the Disciplinary Commission of the Czech Bar Association.
Tomáš Homola is active in a number of non-profit cultural institutions – for example, he is a member of the Supervisory Board of the Prague Literary House of German Language Authors Foundation, and a member of the Board of Directors of the civic association Buďánka z.ú. He also serves on the Board of Experts of the Department of Heritage Protection of the Prague City Hall. He is a deputy mayor of the Prague 5 municipality and a member of the Mayors and Independents Party (STAN).
